The Downtown Post: A Historic Transformation

The renovation focused on the second and third levels, converting existing space into high-end units known as the Collin, Abbigail, Coleman, Gracie, and Brady suites. To honor the building's heritage, TriCon worked diligently to meet all historical zoning standards. We preserved a significant portion of the original architecture and structural details, ensuring the character of the building remained the focal point of the design.

This project required a strategic, phased approach to accommodate a complex environment. We successfully managed the entire construction process while the existing ground-floor business remained fully operational and open to the public.

Our team worked in close coordination with the State Fire Marshal’s office to ensure every aspect of the multi-level conversion met rigorous safety and building codes.
