TriCon Builders completed a full renovation for Go Burrito’s Johnson City location, transforming a historic downtown structure into a vibrant, multi-zone restaurant. The project focused on creating four unique yet connected experiences—an outdoor bar and seating area, an indoor bar and lounge, a sit-down dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fast-casual service line. Each space was designed to support the franchise’s energetic, island-inspired brand while ensuring an efficient operational flow from entry to service.

TriCon Builders completed the interior renovation and fit-out for Sully’s Steamers as the brand expanded into the Johnson City market. The 1,794-square-foot space at Hamilton Place was transformed into a bright, welcoming restaurant that reflects the brand’s energetic style and delivers a streamlined experience for guests discovering Sully’s steamed bagel sandwiches for the first time.

Watauga Brewing Company transformed a historic downtown Johnson City building into a three-level destination featuring a brewery, full kitchen, restaurant seating, and the city’s first open-air rooftop venue. TriCon Builders delivered a complete interior and structural remodel to support brewing operations, draft systems, and multi-level dining—all while preserving the character of the existing brick and timber structure.

Construction started with a vacant lot, Tricon Builders stood up a steel frame building and completed the interior work for this new collision repair center located on Bristol Highway.

TriCon Builders partnered with architect Mike Cannon to transform a dated commercial building into a modern, high-impact retail showroom for Bullfrog Spas of Tri-Cities. What began as a simple brick structure with minimal curb appeal was completely reimagined with a new façade, contemporary architectural detailing, and an interior built to showcase premium spa products.

TriCon Builders completed a comprehensive interior renovation for Zak’s Fine Furniture, delivering 16,000 square feet of upgraded showroom space. The project modernized the high-traffic retail environment with new LVT flooring, stone column features, fresh paint, shiplap siding, custom trim, and reclaimed barn wood accents. The goal was to enhance the customer experience while reinforcing the warm, handcrafted aesthetic Zak’s is known for.
