TriCon has developed and fosters great relationships with medical and dental supply companies to provide the right equipment for the best value that meets the office's specific needs. In addition to careful consideration for waiting area and facilities layout, TriCon construction teams are very adept at overcoming the challenges of running supply lines and electrical to all the termination points in the operatories while maintaining 1/4" tolerances. We have completed projects in the areas of medical, general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics and orthodontics.

With this experience and employing our design-build methodology, we are able to reduce construction costs and get you in business sooner than using traditional methods. We are experienced with remodels on locations that have historic preservation considerations and understand what it takes to work successfully with local, state and federal agencies to preserve these historic sites while updating them to fit our client's needs
