TriCon Builders partnered with architect Mike Cannon to transform a dated commercial building into a modern, high-impact retail showroom for Bullfrog Spas of Tri-Cities. What began as a simple brick structure with minimal curb appeal was completely reimagined with a new façade, contemporary architectural detailing, and an interior built to showcase premium spa products.

This dramatic remodel reshaped the building inside and out. TriCon implemented a redesigned exterior featuring new structural elements, modern finishes, updated storefront systems, improved accessibility, and bold branding opportunities. Inside, the team created a clean, open showroom environment tailored to product demonstration, customer interaction, and operational flow. The project demonstrates how outdated retail spaces can be fully revitalized through thoughtful planning and coordinated Design-Build execution.
The exterior transformation included reworking the entry sequence, adding architectural accents, installing new overhead doors, refining traffic flow, and upgrading lighting. These changes significantly enhanced visibility from the roadway and allowed the building to function more effectively as a modern retail destination.
Interior spaces were reorganized to support Bullfrog’s sales model, with defined areas for customer consultation, water care products, and full spa displays. Durable finishes, improved lighting, and new mechanical systems help create a comfortable environment for both customers and staff.
The redesigned showroom provides generous circulation space for large-format product displays. The layout enables customers to explore features, compare models, and engage with the brand in a hands-on way. Design elements such as open ceilings, clean sightlines, and neutral materials support a polished retail experience.
