TriCon Builders reworked the interior layout to support a seamless salon workflow, incorporating open styling stations, comfortable waiting areas, and a clean, contemporary reception desk. Industrial elements—exposed brick, open ceilings, and suspended lighting—blend with modern finishes to create a polished, inviting atmosphere.
The renovation includes custom millwork, new flooring, updated mechanical systems, and high-performance lighting designed to support precision styling services. Thoughtful placement of mirrors, shelving, and equipment ensures stylists have a functional, efficient workspace while maintaining the salon’s cohesive aesthetic.
Lounge areas and bold, colorful furnishings bring warmth and personality to the space. Comfortable seating zones, contemporary décor, and greenery establish a vibrant, energetic environment where clients can relax and enjoy their experience.
TriCon also delivered a refreshed mezzanine level that offers additional seating and multi-use flexibility for staff and guests. The elevated view highlights the open, loft-like quality of the salon and reinforces the modern industrial character of the building.
