TriCon Builders completed a comprehensive interior renovation for Zak’s Fine Furniture, delivering 16,000 square feet of upgraded showroom space. The project modernized the high-traffic retail environment with new LVT flooring, stone column features, fresh paint, shiplap siding, custom trim, and reclaimed barn wood accents. The goal was to enhance the customer experience while reinforcing the warm, handcrafted aesthetic Zak’s is known for.

The renovation began with extensive flooring upgrades across the full showroom footprint, replacing aging surfaces with durable, visually cohesive LVT. This created a clean, consistent foundation for furniture displays and high daily foot traffic.

Shiplap wall treatments, stone columns and custom trim elements were installed to bring warmth, detail, and craftsmanship into the retail environment. These updates help define display zones, create visual interest, and support seasonal merchandising flexibility.


Reclaimed barn wood siding was incorporated to provide a bit of contrast. The material adds authenticity and depth, complementing the store’s emphasis on quality furniture and home décor.
