TriCon takes a selective approach to custom residential work, intentionally limiting the number of homes accepted each year to ensure each project receives the attention it deserves. Clients may begin with existing architectural plans, request customizations, or partner with TriCon’s architects and designers to create an original concept. TriCon also assists clients with property selection, helping identify land with the right infrastructure, views, and development potential before construction begins.
