Catalyst Health Solutions’ new 13,000-square-foot medical office in Johnson City, Tennessee was constructed from the ground up to support a modern and efficient healthcare workflow. Designed on a six-acre site, the facility provides a streamlined patient experience from arrival to check-out, with a layout built around clarity, comfort, and clinical functionality.

TriCon coordinated closely with engineering and technology partners to integrate modern medical equipment, digital charting infrastructure, and telehealth-ready systems throughout the facility. Every exam and consultation room is equipped to adapt to ongoing advancements in care delivery.


Exterior development included full site preparation—earthwork, utilities, parking, and landscaping—resulting in a clear and welcoming arrival sequence. The façade blends modern materials and balanced lighting to project a professional identity while ensuring safety and visibility during all hours of operation.
