TriCon Builders completed a 6,800-square-foot renovation on the third floor of the 701 Med Tech Building in Johnson City, transforming an unfinished space into a fully functioning corporate office environment. The project introduced new workspaces, training rooms, support areas, and updated mechanical zones—all delivered through a streamlined Design-Build approach.

The renovation included the construction of private offices, open workstations, a training classroom, a break room and kitchen, updated restrooms, and improved equipment and utility rooms. TriCon coordinated structural, mechanical, electrical, and finish upgrades across the floor to create a professional, efficient, and ready-to-occupy corporate setting. All work was completed within a tight 14-week schedule.
New framing, ceilings, lighting, mechanical distribution, and acoustic treatments were installed to bring the space up to modern commercial standards. The layout supports both individual work and collaborative functions, with clear circulation paths and accessible entries.
Office and workstation zones were designed to maximize natural light from the building’s large exterior windows. Durable flooring, neutral finishes, and consistent detailing throughout the suite create a cohesive and professional environment suitable for a wide range of corporate users.
Support areas—including the break room, kitchen, restrooms, and equipment rooms—were fully rebuilt with updated plumbing, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. These spaces were planned for long-term durability and ease of maintenance, ensuring reliable performance for daily operations.
