TriCon is proud to announce the completion of an historical renovation in the heart of downtown Elizabethton. This project involved the adaptive reuse of a landmark historic building, transforming the upper levels into The Downtown Post: a premier destination featuring five luxury short-stay suites.

The renovation focused on the second and third levels, converting existing space into high-end units known as the Collin, Abbigail, Coleman, Gracie, and Brady suites. To honor the building's heritage, TriCon worked diligently to meet all historical zoning standards. We preserved a significant portion of the original architecture and structural details, ensuring the character of the building remained the focal point of the design.
