The front retail area features floor-to-ceiling glass storefronts, specialty lighting, and custom millwork integrated with display systems for frames and eyewear accessories. High-durability epoxy flooring, arched transitions, and layered ceiling elements create a clean and efficient environment that supports both patient flow and optical retail operations.

The build-out features a high-open retail storefront, custom casework, and epoxy flooring designed to withstand heavy daily use. TriCon coordinated ceiling elements, specialty lighting, and display integration to support a bright, functional showroom for eyewear selection.
Behind the retail area, we constructed private exam rooms, a dedicated lab workspace, and organized storage zones with durable finishes. Each space was built around the client’s equipment needs to streamline patient flow and simplify day-to-day clinical operations.
