Rouge Salon & Gallery underwent a full interior renovation to transform an existing downtown Johnson City space into a modern, energetic salon environment. The design centers on creating a workplace that staff can be proud of—one that is supportive, stylish, and uplifting—while offering clients a beautiful setting that reinforces they’ve made the right choice from the moment they walk inside.

The new interior features high-capacity eyewear displays, durable LVT flooring, upgraded ceilings, and a continuous lighting plan designed for consistent visibility throughout the space. Custom casework, checkout desks, and product display walls were integrated to support high patient volume and organized product presentation. Exam rooms were rebuilt with new millwork, finishes, and technology infrastructure to meet optometry equipment requirements.
Across the renovation, TriCon coordinated layout improvements, finish selections, and mechanical updates to create a clean, functional environment that enhances both patient comfort and staff workflow.
The reception and optical showroom were reconfigured to create a clear flow from check-in to product selection. New flooring, ceilings, and lighting provide consistent visibility across the space, while custom display walls allow the I-Care team to organize and present a large inventory of frames.
TriCon renovated each exam room with new casework, finishes, and equipment integration to meet modern optometry standards. Updated support areas—including labs, storage, and workstations—were built for long-term durability and efficient daily operations.
